Each property inventory report we deliver is prepared by one of our extensively trained and experienced team members. An inventory report is a complete record of the cleanliness fixtures, fittings and décor of your property. Inventory & Check-in report combined with an inventory report and creates a report specific to a tenancy.

The inventory clerk is booked by the estate agent or private landlord to meet the tenants at the property. The entire report is created carefully from the front entrance through each room and includes any garden area. There will be high-resolution digital photographs with date & time stamp, schedule of condition and explanation of the condition of each items.

We will also complete your inventory reports within one business day of the visit. Inventory reports can be sent as PDF’s to an email account or as a bound presentation copy, or both!

We advise our clients to have the property inventory conducted before the tenants move in.
